Patient Participation
We want to encourage our patients to give their views about how the practice is doing. We would like to find out the opinions of as many patients as possible and are asking if people would like to join our Patients’ Group.
This Group will meet two or three times a year. With the practice, it will help to decide which issues are a priority and agree what we should include in a practice survey of a random sample of our patients.
We will also discuss the results of that survey and, where possible, agree changes in what services are provided and the way in which they are provided. We will decide our priorities and set out our plan for making changes, where these are possible.
We appreciate that it isn’t possible for everyone to attend a meeting at the practice and in order to include as many views as possible we are also keen for patients to be involved with the Patients’ Group by means of email or contact by letter.
We hope to have 100 patients in our Group, to include a representative cross-section of all our patients.
If you would like to join our Patient Group, please download the registration form (DOCX, 62KB) to fill in and hand in at the reception desk.
